Battery Safety Instructions:

• Do not immerse the battery in water or seawater, keep the battery stands by in a cool dry surrounding.
• Does not use or leave the battery near a heat source as fire or heater. Use the battery charger specifically for that purpose when recharging. Do not reverse the position and negative terminals.
• Do not connect the battery electrodes to an electrical outlet.
• Do not discard the battery in fire or a heater.
• Do not short-circuit the battery by directly connecting the positive and negative terminals with metal objects.
• Do not transport or store the battery together with metal objects such as hairpins, necklaces, etc.
• Do not strike, trample or throw the battery.
• Do not directly solder the battery and pierce the battery with a nail or other sharp objects.

Battery Shipping&Delivery:

• All Lithium batteries must be shipped as Class 9 dangerous goods (HAZMAT) and must be shipped in accordance with all local country, state, federal, and international laws. Therefore the battery will be delivered by a special channel. If the parcel could not be tracked, please contact us to get help.
• Import tax duty or other charge fees are not included.
• Battery and Rack will be delivered separate due to transport limits

Battery Warranty:

• There is one limitation for E-bike batteries. Since rechargeable batteries are wearing parts, the warranty period is only 6 months. Especially, Lithium batteries require care and maintenance to maximize life expectancy.  Abusing your battery will void your warranty. See below for details.
• The warranty is void if the battery is charged below 32 degrees F.
• The warranty is void if the battery is not charged every month.
• In other wrong operation or usage events
• However, we offer an additional voluntary extension of this warranty for the battery to 12 months if the defect is due to material or processing errors.
• In the event that the battery is not repairable, the battery will be replaced with a prorated credit applied towards the replacement for the remainder of the original battery warranty.
• Lithium batteries sold by us can NEVER be taken on board a passenger aircraft.
• Return or replace shipping cost is not included in the battery warranty.
