Laser Toner Cartridges - If you are not fully satisfied with your laser toner cartridge or find it is defective it may be returned within 365 days of purchase for a replacement cartridge or a full refund of the purchase price. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable.

1). All items will be shipped within the processing time after receive your payment.

Free Shipping: All Ink cartridges will be free shipping by China Post . For dispatching smoothly and fast, we may ship items via other express, the decision of us is final. Normally, it takes 7-20 business days for arrival by China Post, and takes 3-7 business days by EMS,UPS,DHL,etc. 4). Sometimes it would be longer because of the bad weather, a waste of time in customs clearance. Thus please wait patiently when you do not receive your item on time. If you don't receive the item within thirty days, please contact us, and then we will help you track it.

If you wish to exchange your products we will credit the method of payment we have on file and place a new order using that same method of payment.
