Use of saw blade and the matters need attention
1. Hss new installed piece for trial operation.In order to ensure a longer service life,firstly let the saw machine have a full touch with the new blade,at least 10 minutes before cutting while reducing the feeding speed is very necessary,then you can go on normal feeding speed.
2. Feed rate and cutting speed depends on the cross section an the toughness of the material to be cut,for the hard cutting of stainless steel,high toughness materials,decrease feeding is very critical to improve the service life of the saw blade,when the material cross section is small,you can increase the rotate speed of the machine.
3. If the Cutting speed of the same material is increased,then correspondingly saw blade with wider teeth should be selected.
4. Because the cutting material requires effective cutting angle and effective pitch an any time,correct and timely regrinding the blade will help to maximize the effectiveness of high-speed saw blade.
5. Sawdust produced by observation of the saw blade,you can estimate the current state of cutting through it.
A. Fine powder of sawdust shows cutting pressure is too small.
B. Rough but soft sawdust shows cutting pressure overload.
C. Long spiral of sawdust shows cutting is under good condition.
Cautions during working
1. The saw blade must be fixed tight
2. Set she cutting term according to the material
3. Clean up the saw blade fix plate to make it intense
4. Slow the feeding speed at the first beginning and finishing period,or the tooth will get broken.
5. Fully use the lubricate oil.
6. Do not mix the saw blades for different cutting machine,always select the suggested saw blade for each machine.
