Warranty Time:
1Store Warranty
We provide 18 month repair warranty for all the UMIDIGI phones which are purchased from our store.
2. Details for phone warranty:
A. Delivered ≤ 7 Days, if the phone you received have any quality problems which caused in factory, you can return it back to us for refund or replacement. We will bear shipping fees for you.
B. Delivered ≤ 6 Months, any quality problems of the phones except man-made problems, you can return it back to us for repairing. Customers need to bear the return shipping.
C. Delivered ≤ 18 Months, any quality problems of the phones except man-made problems, you can return it back to us for repairing. Customers need to bear the shipping fees the two-way freight.
3.Tips and very important:
A. When you have any problems of the products, please contact our service team first, any quality problems, please shoot videos which can show the detail problems clearly, then we can confirm the problems well and find solutions for you.
B. If possible, please shoot unpacking video when you received the products. Because most problems are caused during the shipping, the unpacking videos can help us to contact with the shipping carrier and for compensation.
C. For store warranty, free repairing just for the quality probelms which are not caused by humen, and customers need to send the items back to us. We will send the products to the factory to check and repairing. Factory will carefully check the cellphone and confirmed problems which you give feedback to us. If the problems caused in factory, we will bear the repairing fees. If the problems not caused in factory, customers need to bear the repairing fees.
D. Customers can choose to repair in the local place, we can bear some repairing fees for you according to the details. Please contact us first before you repair in the local place.
Warranty Procedure:
1. Write a message under the order to show the problem you met, and decrcibe what you have down before it appears;
2. We will confirm problems with you, pls also shoot videos as we asked, and upload in Youtube Channel and post us the link;
3. If we reached an agreement with each other to fix it in locally, pls post the test report and the receipt under the order, so that we can apply partial refund; (Due to fix it locally, so Factory cannot test item, then they will not take it as their warranty)
4. Return Factory to fix, pls pay attention to the following details before sending (please contact our service team first before you return the parcel):
(PS: If you ready to send the item back, pls show us the IMEI and SN information first, after record, we will provide return policy under message.)
A. Fill the information as following and print it out and put the paper in the parcel(IMPORTANT!!!), or we can’t recognize your parcel.

B. Please use Post Office or Air Mail or Regular Mail to return to us, don't send by DHL/UPS/Fedex/TNT/EMS or any other Express delivery, otherwise the parcel will be held by custom or returned, and expensive custom duty incurring and we won’t bear for that!!!
C. Returned tracking No. and tracking website should be offered once parcel shipped (Important!!!) so that we could follow the parcel. Give us a picture of the receipt attached on the parcel and post it in the order message.
D. Please send full package back(including all accessories); If there is no accessories, part of fee need to be deducted from the refund in dispute. Or if you send it back for repair, the repair will be delayed due to there is no fully accessories.
E. If you received the product with problems, please offer the photos and short videos as proof within 3 days, then we could bear $10 returned shipping cost, in one month upon receiption we bear $5; Delivered≥6 months, you bear one way shipping cost for sending to us, we will bear the shipping cost for sending back to you after repairing. After 6 months upon receiption, two way shipping cost (including shipping cost from China to your address) will be both on you.
F. When we received the returned parcel,we will let you know within 1~3 working days.
G. Time services (After receiving parcel)
Replacement service: within 3 working days if it is instock;
Refund services: within 48 hours;
Maintenance service: 15-30 working day(Maybe delay by holiday and the line up)
5 Limitations and Exclusions:
The warranty would not apply to the following cases:
A) Improper installation of the software programs or improper use;
B) Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, bumps, etc;
C) Damages due to effects or natural catastrophes. For example, lightning, tornadoes, floods, fires, earthquakes, etc;
D) Accidents, such as accidentally breaking the product by yourself;
E) Privately dismantle, modifications or alterations of any part of the product;
F) Damages caused by the use of non-Xiaomi products;
G) Damages caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or other external causes;
H) Damages caused by the operation of the product outside the forwarded or intended uses described by Xiaomi, or with a voltage or inadequate power supply;
I) Damages caused by the services (including upgrades and improvements) made by anyone other than an authorized representative of Xiaomi. The recovery and reinstallation of software programs and user data are not covered by this limited warranty.
