Before returning your package to us, please make sure to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number first.

2. Ship back your package with the RMA number.

You will get your refund when we receive your returned package after our QC.

However, in few conditions you are unable to get a refund:

Please make sure that the items returned are all in their original conditions. If the items are damaged or used/dressed when they are returned, we are not able to give you a full refund.

If the returned package is damaged or lost during shipping, you will then need to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss. We are able to give you a refund.

A refund will be rendered in the event that the items are not as described.

3. After QC, if the problem is the same as your described, we will process your RMA in a timely manner and refund you. Please kindly note that it will take 3 to 5 business days.
