1. Tan skin and normal skin, due to the addition of pigments, there may be a small amount of uneven pigmentation.

2. A doll needs to be divided into several molds and cannot be produced at the same time, so there may be a slight color difference between the different parts of the doll. Different batches of dolls may also have a slight color difference.Besides, There may be traces and small bubbles inside the doll.

3. Because shooting will be affected by many factors such as weather, light, and everyone else' s displayer color adjustment is different, physical objects and pictures will exist in a certain color difference, color differences do not belong to quality problems.

4. The makeup face is an artificial painting, which its color may differ slightly from the picture. The picture is for reference only, please refer to the actual object. Besides, makeup problem during use is not within the scope of the after-sales service

5. Since the assembly and polishing of remolding doll are handmade , slight cracks or protrusions between head caps are inevitable ( shown as in the picture), which are invisble when it wearing a wig or a hat.

If the customer applies for a return of exchange for the above reasons, it will not be accepted.
