1. How to ship and how long to receive?

We will check its quality make sure it is in good condition before shipment and ship out in 3-7 days by China Post Registered Air Mail after getting the payment, holiday may need to be extended, it takes around 20-50 days to reach, sometime need 20 days only, sometime need 38 days, sometime need more, so time can not say for sure. If your order is rush, please choose DHL express, it takes 3-7 days to reach only.

2. Is there any custom tax? 

We will declare the value lower to avoid the tax from your side, but due to the different policies in different counties, custom tax still may caused, so you can leave a message when place the order to tell us how much value you would like to declare.

3. Return

* if you do no receive order during the protection time, please send us a message , let us figure out a good solution, please kindly do not open dispute directly.

* if there is no one to pick it up or arrange the custom clearance, lead to being returned by post or custom, we could resend it to you with reshipping fee, or refund the order price after deducting the post charge(please note that we will deduct the post charge from free shipping order).

* if the parcel been delivered, but you do not have it, please kindly ask your family and neighbors first or contact local post office to check the name and address of the recipient, then offer us the proof. 

* if the parcel do not reach and the protection time is over, please kindly contact us for the refund in time (in 60 days after shipping).

* if your parcel is wrong, less or been broken, please kindly take a clear picture and then send us in 24 hours. If it is our mistake or a quality problem, we will resend a new one for free or full refund or you can return or partial refund if you want to keep it.
