1 . We can customize dress according to buyer’s body measurement if you want, it’s free. Please don’t worry.

We have our own factory,and we can make 95% similar to the original picture ,but we don't sell original dress, please know it in advance.

2 Generally Speaking, we need about 8-15 days to process your order, and then we can ship it to you. We don’t have stock of any dresses, I am sorry. Please let me know in advance if you need dress urgently. Then we can rush your order.

3 For the shipping method, DHL shipping time is about 3-5 days. Please choose DHL shipping if you need dress urgently, or we aren’t sure you can receive dress on time.

4 There will be a little color difference between real dress color and the picture on the computer, because the screen shoot of computer are different. It can’t be avoided, please know it in advance.

5 For the Custom Declaration Value of goods, we can put any value on your goods as buyer want. Please tell me the value below your order. The value on the package will affect the amount of custom duty tax that buyer need to pay your custom office.    

Notification

1, We don’t have stock of dress now. Generally speaking, we need about 12-18 days to make and finish your dress, then we can ship it to you. Please tell me before you place order if you need dress urgently, i need to check your time with our boss firstly.

2,Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT and LCD screen, so we can’t guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the image you saw. Please know it in advance.

3, Our price is only for the dress, not include any accessorizes, such as necklace, glove, veil, petticoat and so on.

4, We can customize dress according to your body measurement. It’s free. Please measure your body like our picture, then tell me your measurement within 24 hours through the message or below your order or we can’t change measurement during we make your dress. Then we can make the dress perfect match with you.

5, The buyer from Brazil , please tell me your CPF number when you place order. We need your CPF when we ship your package to you.

6, According to our post office requirement, China post air mail and EMS shipping method, the buyer from Russian need to leave us your full name when you place order.

Local duty tax and Import custom duty tax

Custom Duty Tax and Import tax will be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amount shows. The buyer is responsible for the duty taxes.Our products are sold worldwide and we can’t guarantee that meet the import requirement of every country. If in doubt, please check it from your custom office firstly before you place order.

How to get tax less

Any import charges or fees are buyer’s responsibilities. In order to ensure you paid  your order tax less , we will put “ gift “ on your package with lower price. This lower price is not reflect your real order price or the product value. If you want us to put the value according to your requirement, please tell me, we can make for you.

Returns

We will do our best to make your beautiful dress and ship it to you as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied with our dress, please feel free to contact me before you leave the feedback. We will do our best to solve your problem as soon as possible. You can return the dress within 5 days if you really don’t want it. But the buyer shoulder keep the dress is  in original condition,no damage, no loss and no dirty, or we won’t give you full refund.

The last but not least ,the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee, not seller. Please know it in advance.
