2. There is no power adapter provided for POE camera, if you need power adapter as well, please order it here at this link Power adapter DC12v 2A
3. For seller's shipping Method, we usually transport it by China Post, Singarepore Post, Netherlands Post or any other seller shipping method, this is depending on the buyer location. but all the shipping method has tracking number available. Buyer should be well noted and accept it before purchase.
4. The recipient address and telephone number must be correct, we do not accept to change the recipient address after parcel sending out, and any extra charge due to the incorrect address information will be on buyer side.
5. We can help to say low value on shipping invoice to reduce/avoid import duty. CMS platform
The cameras can be managed by CMS client.
This is a internal web for the camera.
Note:
1) If you have a PoE switch and the IP cameras support PoE function, you can connect the IP cameras to it with the network cable, the PoE switch will power the IP cameras.
2) Otherwise, you need the DC 12V power adapter for the IP cameras.
Solution A:
The IP cameras connect to the router directly, then we can manage the IP cameras on CMS which install in the computer.
Solution B:
The IP cameras connect to the "PoE switch" directly, we can manage the IP cameras on CMS which install in the computer.
Solution C:
The IP cameras connect to the "PoE switch" directly, and the NVR connect to the router or PoE switch, we can manange the IP camera on computer or operating the NVR which can manage the IP cameras on monitor.
1. We accept payment by Paypal, West Union and bank transfer, but we highly recommend the transaction by ESCROW.
3.For the items, which can be shipping cost combined, the buyer should contact us to updated the payment information before paying.
1.We handle the order and pack the items timely, and usually we will send them out within 24 hours if the stock is available.
