Note: The following measuring method is for your reference only. Because there would be error if measure by yourself, we SUGGEST you?d better find a professional tailor for helping you to get the exact sizes. It's suitable just to wear underwear when measuring. Please take the following GRAPHICAL MEASURING PICTURE and SIZE FILLING INFORMATION CHART as reference for supplying us your sizes.
 

Notice:

a) All the dresses are to be made rightly when they are ordered. Do please check the size and the color before you place the order. Customers can do a little changes but we do not advise to change the dresses designs.

b) The wedding accessories, like the gloves, veil, crinoline petticoat, are not included. If customers need, please contact with us.

c) Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same to you saw. The picture is for a reference only, the object shall prevail

Shipment:

When you place an order, please choose a shipping way and pay the relative shipping fee, but we would support free shipping service for some countries. Please note due to different custom clearance procedure in different countries, it may affect the speed for custom clearance, so we could not assure the delivery time. Custom duties would not be included in the shipping fee, so buyers need to afford the possible custom duties by yourself.

Return Policy:

All return requests must be within 3 days after package was dropped off from the carrier , Over 3 days, no returns/refunds would be accepted. 

1.We accept returns if the item with obvious quality problems which can be defined as follows:

A: Obvious quality defects;

B: Not following the customization requirement of customer;

C: Size deviation from the original size criteria as well as required measurements;

D: Obvious wrong color as customer choose;

E: Merchandise damaged the time the customer receive it(in this case, we require our customer to take photo or video as proofs and send back to us for check).

2.All return item must be in the same condition as the item sent to you .

3.We don't accept any return request because of man-made damage (eg: Alter size ,Wash, Stitchwork, scald .etc).

4.If accessories along with the item customer bought are not included in the package, we will ship the missing one(s) to you additionally without charging your shipping fee, and return is not accepted in this case. In the event of an order including several items, we only accept returning of the wrong items which are supposed be returned after authorization.

5. Because of everybody different size , different figure, different appearance that we can not guarantee all will looks as beautiful as picture show .so All requests for returns because of the reasons such as not looks beautiful as picture , not beautiful as expect , not like the fabric, etc. are not accepted.
