These are professionally engineered light bulbs (often called LED lamps in the trade) that fit into bayonet base lamp sockets. Our G158 model produces a warm white color light and emits enough light to replace incandescent and CFL's for many diffused lighting tasks where general lighting is needed.

2. Tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it is available. You do not need to ask for it. Orders processed timely after payment verified.

3. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.

4. Successful delivery is guaranteed. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us.

5. Ankaka provides free plug adaptors for items that use electrical plugs, based on the shipping address

6. If you are ordering items weigh more than several KG,contact us and you may get a discount.

7. Combining multiple orders into the same shipment will greatly reduces your shipping price per item.

8. Delivery Time:

1. If the item is in your possession for more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS! 

2. All returned items MUST be in the original packaging and you MUST provide us with the shipping tracking number, return reason, and the order number.

3. We will FULLY REFUND the order amount, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, AFTER BOTH Buyer and Seller cancels the transaction. OR, you may choose to have a replacement. If the item is in your possession for less than 7 days and you return it to us, the shipping cost is payable by both seller and buyer in half.

4.  We will pay all the shipping cost if the product is not as advertised.

Ankaka's 12-Month Warranty:

1.Ankaka will accept returns for any product so long as the fault is due to a quality issue rather than customer misuse.

2.The cost for shipping the product back to Ankaka for repairing will be paid by the customer.

3.Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

4.Upon receipt of the faulty product, Ankaka will repair it and mail it back, free of charge.

5.If we are unable to repair the original product, then Ankaka will give you a store credit equivalent to what you paid for the original product, so that you may choose to either buy a replacement, or select a different product

NOT Covered by Warranty:

1.The warranty is void if the product’s firmware has been changed, if it has been opened, or if the product has been used in an improper way.

2.The warranty only covers products that have been sent out faulty. It does not extend to products that have been damaged or worn out after they have arrived.
